Artwork Upload Guidelines

To help us process your order quickly and accurately, please follow the instructions below when uploading your artwork files.

Uploading via the Basket Page

Use the Upload Attachment button on each product to drag and drop your artwork.

Up to 5 files per product
Each product supports separate uploads

Supported File Types

PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, AI, PSD, WEBP

Upload print-ready artwork to avoid delays.

Using PowerPoint

If designing in PowerPoint, save as:

PNG
JPG/JPEG
PDF

Large File Guidance

No strict limits, but files over 100MB may upload slowly.

For large artwork, send a transfer link to: printsales@langstane.co.uk

Include your PO reference in the email.

Artwork Quality Tips

High resolution (ideally 300dpi)
Include bleed if edge-to-edge
Use CMYK where possible
Outline or embed fonts
Review artwork before uploading
