University of Aberdeen account customers can sign in using their University of Aberdeen email address and Microsoft 365 password. This login method must be used when placing orders that will be charged to the University’s credit account.

Once logged in, authorised account users will have access to the University of Aberdeen’s approved delivery addresses, allowing orders to be delivered directly to internal locations across campus.

When completing checkout, account users should quote the University of Aberdeen’s 7-digit Purchase Order (PO) reference (starting with the number 4) to ensure correct internal processing and approval.
